Hi,

We are trying to use ldap authentication using the new feature available in Appian 7.10.But always getting error as below

"Login Failed: One or more of the Base DN, DN Pattern, Username, or Password fields were incorrect"

we were able to connect the LDAB from server using LDAP browser.So assuming there is no connectivity issue.Is any detailed help availbale on this like "Base DN" format,etc? Attached screenshot for reference.

Try change your authentication method to : "Search for user then bind as user".
- Fill Administrator DN with : CN=<Username>,DC=company,DC=com -->username must using Administrator username.
- Password : Password of Administrator mentioned above
- Search Filter : try (CN={username}).
