Hi !

I'm facing some errors regarding the keystore.

My client migrated the database without updating Appian configurations (appian-ds.xml and standalone.xml).

So I just configured both this files with the new database values (login, password, server, port, etc) and sent to them.

When they tried to bring up the environment it looked like there was some error with the configs I did, but
when I took a look in the logs and the only thing I could see was a keystore error:

JBWEB000287: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class com.appiancorp.common.config.ConfigurationLoader: com.appiancorp.common.config.FatalConfigurationException: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: An unexpected error occurred while trying to load the keystore. (APNX-1-4210-005)
Caused by: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Niharika, they just migrated to another database server, but they cloned the data to this new one. The application server is still the same.

It seems the _admin\\shared\\appian.keystore doesn't correspond to this primary data store. They need to revisit the migration.
