Report to show all related objects security

For an application, how can I get report/csv file to show all related objects security?

It is our client requirement to get hard copy security setup or extract the information to excel, database or csv for security review by auditor.

In my opinion this would be a candidate for a custom smart service. There are already some examples that export data to CSV or Excel and others that access Applications so you can take a look at those if you need an example, but since there's nothing that already does this exact same thing you'll still need to create your own.
