Hi - since an user account can only be deactivated but not removing it we are facing the issue if user accounts id are being re-used with AD authen. setup. Any idea of an alternative solution?

An alternative would be to use the rename users plugin to change the username in Appian. The old username would then become available to sync with new user accounts in AD.

For 7.9 and older - forum.appian.com/.../summary

For 7.10 and newer -
forum.appian.com/.../summary
