After installing Hotfix C for appian 7.9 I noticed that when logging out the URL

After installing Hotfix C for appian 7.9 I noticed that when logging out the URL didn't change to what was set as the default landing page. I checked the application server log and found the following error messages:

2015-08-18 14:52:49,429 [http-/0.0.0.0:8080-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.util.BundleUtils - Cannot retrieve the value for key "conf.defaultLandingPage.DEFAULT_LANDING_PAGE.instructions" from the bundle.
2015-08-18 14:52:49,430 [http-/0.0.0.0:8080-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.util.BundleUtils - Cannot retrieve the value for key "conf.defaultLandingPage.DEFAULT_LANDING_PAGE.label" from the bundle.

I have do checked:
1) From the release notes in appian 7.8 the conf.suite.DEFAULT_ENVIRONMENT setting is commented out
2) The User Start Pages default page was set to appbpmupg.penndom.com:8080/.../apps
3) I changed the value to "appbpmupg.penndom.com:8080/.../", "appbpmupg.penndom.com:8080/.../", ...
