Hi ,

We are facing issues while accessing default tempo interface in Appian 7.9 its redirecting to /suite/tempo/index.jsp which gives error like "An error was encountered while processing your request... ".
After again entering URL with /suite/tempo it lands to appropriate pages. Another observation is after authentication , if we manually enter URL siteaddress/.../index.jsp it gives same error . This same popup occurred for forum.appian.com/suite/tempo/index.jsp.

Is there any way to get working default tempo index page or winodws popup .

Have you made any customizations to your Spring security files?
Have you made any other Appian customizations?
If you clear your browser cache or try this in a different browser do you see the same issue?

@navanath please work with support to troubleshoot. That way if this is an actual issue, a ticket can be created and prioritized by Appian
