I'm trying to install Appian 7.10 for the first time and I'm having trouble. I followed the steps as best as I could, but when I'm validating the databases I'm getting validation errors. I used the default names for my databases and everything. What am I doing wrong. attached is the custom.properties files

It looks like you have it on a separate line. Can you define it on the same line as the property name?

yes , please configure the primary data source in a single line as below in your provided custom.properties file
conf.data.primary.datasource=jdbc/AppianPrimaryDS;
And also verify your appian-ds.xml file as well about the primary data source details .
