I am using APPAIN on my local desktop. But now recently it is not able to create any new application or edit interfaces using expression view and also bugs are arising while I am on designer and design view. Any suggestion regarding this issue will help me. Thanks in advance.

Please provide more details:
1) Is this recently, had it been working before?
2) Which browser are you using?
3) Did you try different browsers?

Meanwhile, try
1) Add your local site to your brower's trusted sites.
2) Clear browser cache and temporary files.
3) Delete Application server cache.
4) If you are using IE, sometimes restrarting the computer fixes the issues, after above steps.
