Hi, im trying to install Appian version 7.11 in my VM, i follow the installation

Hi, im trying to install Appian version 7.11 in my VM, i follow the installation guide steps but when i run Jboss he says that could not initialize Ipc connection and enters in infinite loop.
I had already search on the Internet, but no results. Could help me?
