i have been having a recurring problem in installing Appian7.11 on my windows machine. I was able to launch it. It's just the fact that I cannot login for the first time with the Administrator credentials. I used "Administrator" as the username and "admin" as the password. No luck. I had deleted the tmp and data folder in jboss standalone directory before starting up jboss. my custom.properties has been configured correctly with http scheme and FQDN. I get the URL called FQDN/.../setpassword.none whenever I try to login. Is this because personalization engine has some problems with the kdb files. I am actually trying a migration upgrade of kdb's from 7.10 to 7.11. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

You can refer to this portion of the documentation. Once you make the changes mentioned, you can login with the default credentials.

This is an extra step needed to be done when using http, in 7.11.
