Recently we have upgraded to 7.11. After the upgrade, the changes that it is committed in the interface rule isn't getting reflected in the Records Dashboard. The changes are applied only after jboss restart. So only after every restart, the changes are reflected.
Any idea why is this happening ?? Or what is the possible solution to this??

Changes gets applied only if the parent rule/interface is also published.
Not sure if this is a product issue!

This is a known issue with Appian 7.11. If you have nested interfaces or rules and you make changes to a sub-rule, you must also republish the parent rule to see your changes propagate all the way up. Hopefully a fix for this will be out soon.

But this behavior is found only in On-Premise. In Cloud, it works fine. Not sure whether we have missed any configurations w.r.t 7.11 upgrade!

As far as I can tell, the issue has been fixed on some (possibly all, I cannot say for sure) 7.11 cloud instances. Until Appian releases a hotfix for this issue for on-premise customers it will continue to be a problem.

Appian Support will be releasing a hotfix later this week that will address the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work towards getting the release out to you.
