When I attempt to bring down the Appian engines, I receive an error. At the point where I execute the stop-suite.sh command, it says:
line 3: exports.sh: file not found.

However I can see the exports.sh file in the same directory as the stop-suite.sh file. Any thoughts or suggestions as to how to get around this issue?

Did you run stop-suite as the same user who started the process, or at least one that has permission to the Appian files?

Hi Jim - we did use the same user with the same permissions for both actions.

Could be that you're calling stop-suite from another location? You will need to cd to the <APPIAN>/server/_scripts folder first and then execute stop-suite.

Hi Abhi - it's a good thought, but we did execute the stop-suite from inside the folder, so I think it must be something else that is causing the problem.

Does the user shutting down has permissions to read/write/execute access to exports.sh?
