We have installed Appian 7.11 and also deployed lastest Hotfix Package A, When we are trying to start the engines we are facing the below issue on all the exec engines. Attaching screenshots for reference.

That file is one that is removed by the deleteFiles.sh script but I think it should be replaced once the server starts up after the updates.zip file has been extracted - though I'm not entirely sure. It might be worth re-extracting updates.zip.
