Hi we are trying to upgrade from 7.9 to 7.11. After migration we are able to access tempo and designer. But when we try to access design iterface, we are getting an error as the snap shot attached. The custome.properties file is entries for schema is is as below

conf.suite.SCHEME=http
## Used by both App Server and Engines to build up base URLs for links
#conf.suite.APPLICATION_CONTEXT=suite
## The SERVER_AND_PORT property should be in the format server:port.
## The :port is unnecessary if the port is 80 and the SCHEME is http, or the
## port is 443 and SCHEME is https. This is the hostname and port portion of
## the URL viewed by end users in links (e.g., links in emails)
conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=ourhostnamewithoutport

Hi Eduardo, we cannot remove the reverse proxy config. But I tested as below please find the results for the same.
1. updated the custome.properties as myserver.servername.mycompany.com:8080.
2. Able to access tempo, designer and design from within the Linux environment by using the URL, myserver.servername.mycompany.com:8080/.../tempo,designer,design
3. able to access tempo and designer from outside the Linux environment with the URL myserver.servername.mycompany.com/.../tempo, designer.
4. Facing the same issue when accessing the design and admin interface from outside the Linux box.
5. From outside the Linux box not able to access with the url myserver.servername.mycompany.com:8080 as reverse proxy is implemented.

we are now trying to implement the webserver approach. will share the results for the same,
