Any plans to bring in two factor authentication for system administrator accounts in Appian Cloud?

  • Yes, we already have SAML enabled for which we could enable MFA on our IDP but some other cloud services recommend having at least 1 sysadmin account that is not SAML enabled so that you can continue to login should your identity provider be no longer available. For that 1 sysadmin account, "native" MFA is usually recommended for increased security. Could Appian Support manually remove someone from the SAML group to allow them to login in those types of occurrences?
