We ran into an issue with our Appian instance and figured out that it stopped working due to running out of disk space. We shut it down, reclaimed the space and starting it back up after checkpointing the collaboration engines because it asked for it.
Now here is the question, we have noticed that the SAIL forms that were developed are now out of sync while the process models are up to date. What would cause the SAIL forms to be corrupt/and or roll back while the other aspects are fine?
We are proceeding with rebuilding forms manually but have lost time at this point. Any ideas of why Appian would rollback SAIL forms?
What can be investigated further

Important: Please do not rollback kdb files without consulting Appian Support. Improper rollbacks can cause unpredictable and problematic behavior in the environment and you should never roll back or otherwise alter your kdb files unless specifically instructed to do so by Appian Support. As Christine mentioned, the best course of action in such a situation is to contact Appian Support--the sooner, the better.
