How can i debug a process that runs on live environment?
Is there a way to export the process instance that failed and after that import it in another environment for bug fixing.

There's no concept of exporting and importing processes. Only models.

Appian offers different views (Edit Process/Monitor Process/Process Details) and logs that will help you investigate this issue.
