Doing appain 7.1 installation. Everything is done but not able to start the jbos

Whenever I get the IpcConnection error it seems to be because it can't communicate with the Appian process instances, are they running and does the licence info show the correct information? Also, make sure your FQDN is exactly what your submitted licence would be.

I am using Temporary licence copy. Is it because of this i am getting this error ?
Since how long we can use that copy? Any suggestion ?

My understanding is that the temporary license works for a week and would allow everything to run including your search server. Look at the search server settings files and make sure your FQDN is setup correctly, ensure your hosts file matches your dns to your real ip.

Yes it was related to Temp licence issue only.
