is there a way to track the notifications sent out from Appian ? is there a log file ?
if a task is assigned to someone an email should be sent , how can admin verify that an email was sent

Hi hussam

The above comment give you ability to see email log

There is anthor idea: disable email sending for groups and users in custom.properties and create your own process to send email for taks.

By this workaround you can track all email sending

creating my own process causes maintenance overhead
