I have successfully deployed Appian for the first time. Now trying to login using Administrator/admin
but it returns with a 403 Forbidden error. Please Help

Correct, those are the only credentials you can use for the first login. I was simply pointing out cannot use them to access /admin URL which was mentioned in the original post. If you are seeing same issue however navigating to /designer, /design, /tempo then a configuration may be off.
