During an appian 7.11 installation, I can successfully start JBoss, which populates the tables in the database.

When trying to log in with default Administrator / admin username and password, the screen refreshes but does not log in to the application - I am presented with the same login prompt

The default user is populated with "Administrator" and no scs_key_salt or scs_key_h.
