Hello,
We have a brand new Appian 7.11 installation but when we try to execute our first process model, we run into the following error : "All execution engines are at maximum load". We first thought that we just had to change the server.conf.processcommon. MAX_EXEC_ENGINE_LOAD_METRIC and to restart the services but unfortunatly it did not solve the problem.
Our server is a VPS / Centos 64 bit / 4 vCores / 8 Go RAM / 100 Go dedicated to Appian.
Any idea will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Note that after changing the load metric, you need to restart Appian for the changes to take effect. Also, it may help to review your environment to ensure that it is appropriately sized

. The specs you quoted are the minimum needed to run Appian (see
forum.appian.com/.../System_Requirements.html)
. For heavier usage, you may need to allocate additional resources.
