Dear all,
We would like to do a migration of the data available in the production environment of Appian in the Test environment for a Appian 7.8 implementation. This should have typically two components:
a) to backup the DB from Production and restore it to Test DB - for the Records back-up
b) to backup the data saved by Appian in the internal memory DB - for the Tasks
Unfortunately we do not know which folder should we copy from Production environment to get all the active tasks and in general all the information stored by Appian in the internal memory DB.
Could you please help us?
Thanks in advance!

Additional food for thought... When migrating prod data to non-prod
(1) Make sure you have approval
(2) Sanitize any sensitive data and remove any PII
(3) If email is on, change user email addresses so they don't receive communications for tasks or anything else
