This is happening a lot with our staff. We get request that their last name are changed. So they want to change it in BPM. What is the best approach for this issue? We usually created a new account with the new name, created an out-of-office with the old name to point to the new name. (Until all processes are "completed") Is there a better way to do this? ...

Keep in mind that this smart service will take longer in environments where the size of the execution engines is big (couple of GBs) and that it shouldn't be executed using MNI to prevent issues. It's better to run it on a user basis and out-of-business hours.
