This is happening a lot with our staff. We get request that their last name are changed. So they want to change it in BPM. What is the best approach for this issue? We usually created a new account with the new name, created an out-of-office with the old name to point to the new name. (Until all processes are "completed") Is there a better way to do this? ...

The link is functioning correctly for me in IE9. What browser are you using, Cyril? You might try refreshing the entire page in your browser (typically the F5 key). If that doesn't work, what about logging out and back in to Appian Forum?
