This is happening a lot with our staff. We get request that their last name are changed. So they want to change it in BPM. What is the best approach for this issue? We usually created a new account with the new name, created an out-of-office with the old name to point to the new name. (Until all processes are "completed") Is there a better way to do this? ...

Thank you - got it downloaded now. Will test in V6.6.0 DEV envrionment before deploying in other environments.
