Configure Script Failed to Update to the New Repo

Hello,
I am working on a local installation of Appian 16.1. I have hit an error which I cannot get past in the attached screenshot. Some local variable locations:
APPIAN_HOME: C:\\appian
JBOSS_HOME: C:\\jboss
JAVA_HOME: C:\\Program Files\\Java\\jdk1.8.0_73
REPO_HOME: C:\\appian\\repo\\appian161

I have also attempted to bypass creating the repo to configure the environment manually, but that has not worked either.
