On a clean 16.1 install, I'm unable to access /design and /admin.

On a clean 16.1 install, I'm unable to access /design and /admin.

The log outputs this:

Also, check and make sure if you are running over HTTP (instead of the defacto HTTPS now) that you have enabled it correctly via the documentation forum.appian.com/.../Post-Install_Configurations.html
