Hi,
After doing an upgrade from 7.9 to 7.10 Tempo doesn't show anything. We used 7.10 Hotfix G and we did see some error message on the server.log file like : INFO [stdout] (ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1) 2016-03-04 16:16:49,196 [ajp-/0.0.0.0:8009-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.abdera.AtomEntryCollectionAdapter - An internal error occured while accessing the tempo feed
Can anybody help in resolving this issue? Attached is server.log file.

It appears that you are either not connected to your primary data source or you aren't serving static content properly from first glance at the screenshot.
There wasn't too much to go off of in the server.log, but here were some that stood out:
Appian object error. Details: Unable to export: java.io.IOException: No space left on device] (APNX-1-4198-000)
After the aforementioned, tempo feed error, you see this message:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: kiloBytes = -36904.45 < 0
What are the resources and disk space usage on the machine looking like?

There is enough disk space on the mount where Appian directory is located(/oracle/home)....attached is the df output...the primary database is connected as well otherwise it would have failed in the beginning where keystore configuration happens....

Can you confirm that you are only seeing this behavior since the upgrade?

Yes we are seeing this behavior only after the upgrade....we actually tried one thing like replacing the news-feeds-events.zip file inside the ear/suite.ear/web.war/WEB-INF/bundled-apps folder with the old 7.8 version....

I would recommend creating a support case for this since it will most likely require more focused troubleshooting efforts
