After upgrading to 7.2 rules and expressions in web content channels are no longer working. I just get "EVAL:@reason=Invalid function (makesectionheader)". This rule is definitely available and can be executed manually via the test function etc....

Did you reset analytics as part of upgrade? If not, please do. If yes, try a restart. If that doesn't solve it, try reseting analytics again. Please let me know if that works.

No joy I'm afraid. I did reset analytics as per the upgrade notes. I've just shut everything again and copied the pa.kdb file into each of the gw folders and renamed to be the highest numbered value - I assume this is still the correct process for resetting analytics. I've tried various browsers and cache clearing.

Tim, you need to delete the analytics directories to accomplish the reset. The engines will be recreated using the upgraded execution data. Review step #2 under the "Migrate your Appian Engine" section of the migration guide.
