We are receiving duplicate "Error in task" and "Error in Process&

We are receiving duplicate "Error in task" and "Error in Process" email alerts in both English and Russian in our environments. All environments have English and Russian as the Internationalisation settings with en_GB as the primary setting.

Anyone know how we can prevent the Russian email alerts from being sent out?
