Can't Open Support Ticket

I find it very frustrating that I can not easily find a way to directly open a ticket with tech support. I need a k license but can not find a way to request it....

  • William - Do you by chance see a link in the list of Tempo Actions to the right of this feed titled 'Technical Support' and below that 'Create a Case'? If you are identified as a support POC, you shoud be able to see these links to open a case. If not, is there someone n your organization who generally enters support tickets? They should be able to see this link. Hope that helps!
