Hi all,

We have a cloud installation, and I'm trying to configure a MySql Data Source in Admin console, first appian couldn't connect due to a firewall problem, then we disabled the firewall and we get the "Test failed" message.

Should i prepare somehow the Data Source in order to enable Appian connection to it? Like in a local installation.
My version is 16.1, and i was following those instructions: forum.appian.com/.../Appian_Administration_Console.html
