Hi all,

We have a cloud installation, and I'm trying to configure a MySql Data Source in Admin console, first appian couldn't connect due to a firewall problem, then we disabled the firewall and we get the "Test failed" message.

Thanks for the inputs, today I've found the reason for my error, it was the db user, I shouldn't have used root, after I created another user appian it worked.
