Hi,
We moved all the code from one environment to other environment but we missed Common Objects knowledge center(Not sure if this comes usually by installation). Whenever user tries to access any page having those icons(or images) it's not working it is just showing dark line. Please find the attachment.

Hi shanmukhaprasads, the common object KC is not part of the default install. You will either need to re-import your app or import the originating source which I suspect is part of the CoE support content which demos rules and various implementations of Appian code concepts. Hope this gives you a pointer.

Common Objects are being used to accelerate application development as it has custom build expression rules, constants, images and templates
Just add import the zip available at the below link
