I am in process of setting up single sign on using pre-authentication. Apache will act as reverse proxy and do single sign on using Kerberos. Post which user info is passed in request header to Appian. The single sign is working fine while opening Appian now.
When loading a html page (hosted in Apache) with embedded sail, the initial screen shows the "Sign in" link, instead of automatically signing into Appian. I do not see any activity like authentication error on the server logs.
Has anybody faced this issue, let me know if you have any pointers. Thanks in advance.

What version of Appian are you configuring this setup for?
Are you using SAML to integrate with an identity provider to handle Kerberos pre-auth requests?
