How to rename a user

I need to update the username from the uppercase to the lowercase. Which table do I need to update for this?

We tried this plugin a few months ago and had issues bringing back the platform. Is there another option to edit the database directly for example?

There is not another way to change the username of a user. Is there a specific issue that you're having when following the directions provided in the documentation?

Ok, Eliot. We had run the plugin when no users were online in the dev environment and it first failed, then it took down the process design engine and the environment had to be bounced.
