You can write a java code for you that will change the password programmatically for you. You can check appian provided API's for the same.

You can use Personalization Utilities plug-in and its "Change Password Expressionable" . Here, you need to pass the user as "=touser("Administrator")"

@Vishnu: Since it's a new installation and we have only one default Administrator user whose password we forgot. Then how are we going to use the Personalization Utilitie without logging into the portal. As we don't have any other user account to use the "Change Password Expressionable" smart service.

If its a fresh installation and you haven't done any programming on it yet you could do a another fresh install and then set a new password for Administrator.

@Rama You can create a register a new environment using the configuration script as suggested by Jaredw and deploy the configuration on latest environment https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.11/Quick_Start_Installation_Guide_for_Windows_and_JBoss.html#Run_the_Configure_Script
