Hi
I am trying to open the designer webpage using following URL: "
localhost:8080/.../designer"
. But it says webpage not found. JBOSS server is runing and appian engines are up with status OK . Please suggest....

Can you just try
http://localhost:8080
and see if the JBoss console comes up?

In that case you should be accessing via port 8081 -
localhost:8081/.../designer

Thanks for replying.I have tried with
localhost:8081/.../designer
but it says "Internet Cannot display Page"

Is this a fresh install? Were you able to access before and also has the JBoss port always been 8081 on this install?

ya this is fresh installation and yes i am able to access jboss before and earlier port was 8080.

How did you change the port to 8081? Check if the URL is pointing correctly in custom.properties. Check if your standalone.xml refers to the 8081 port and there are no other services already defined to use this port and in binding-bean.xml.

where it defines the files you need to modify in order to change the JBoss port.

Thanks for replying. Yes I have all the files of JBOSS and it is running at url "
http://localhost:8081"
but when i am starting the appian designer with url "
localhost:8081/.../designer"
it says internet explorer cannot display page.
