Missing Icons Since Upgrade

Since upgrading our instance to 16.1 the standard images/icons have not been available (basically displays a little image not found type icon when trying to use an icon indicator). Wondering if anyone has ran into this before, and knows of a solution?

Nothing in the App Server Log. I figured it out though... your BASE_PATH property in custom properties seems like it must match up to the AE_HOME property in the appian_home.properties file (both located in the ear/suite.ear/conf folder. Also, make sure the directory has the trailing "/" on it. Not sure how this got out of synch in the environment, but those changes seemed to do the trick.
