I tried to import application from a zip file, and got error "processModel 0002d683-1bb5-8000-da70-010000010000: The data for processModel [id= uuid=0002d683-1bb5-8000-da70-010000010000] could not be read from the XML. Cause: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to unmarshal XML. javax.xml.transform.dom.DOMSource@9bfe3fa (APNX-1-4071-005)"
The contractor who is responsible recommend me contact Appian. But I really do not believe this is an Appian issue.
Anyone can recommend where do I start to resolve the issue?
