Error When Using deploy-application.bat

using deploy-application.bat command is throwing below error message

javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: handshake alert: unrecognized_name

we are using jdk17 and we have certificates installed as well. can some one help in resolving the error

command used : deploy-application.bat -application_path Deployment-Automation-Test-Package.zip -username XXXXX -password XXX -url https://<URL>/suite
