Unable to Access /designer Interface

Hello everyone,
On a clean 16.1 install on Windows / JBoss / MySQL with SSL I'm unable to access /designer URL. Rest all the URLs like tempo , design, admin are working fine. Log snippet given below. Also, this was working fine before we enabled SSL and changed from http to https. Cookie config is also set as given below
