In Appian Cloud contracts, there's a maximum resource allocation for every site. If there is a reason to increase hardware within those limits in the agreement, it is done during a maintenance window where the site will be restarted. If resources need to be increased beyond what is in the agreement, then it is necessary for customers to work with their account executives to purchase additional resources.
