Could Not Initialize IpcConnection When Starting JBoss

Tryingh to start Appian 16.1 (JBOSS+MySQL)for the 1st time.while starting JBOSS with standalone.bat, I got an error

Could anyone help me how to resolve this?

    Thanks fort pointing out license issue. I maanged to get a new license and seems it is accepted but now i am getting new error.
