Hi we are using 16.2 Version of Appian. we have configured Email Notifications. we are able to send email from Process. But when i export an application the automated notification is not working. Please find the attached log. Going through other similar posts, it was suggested to add the following properties. Even after adding them we are getting the same exception.
conf.suite.MAIL_SCHEME=
conf.suite.MAIL_APPLICATION_CONTEXT=
conf.suite.MAIL_SERVER_AND_PORT=

Seems like at the network layer:
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Can you check your mail server logs to see if there is any exception ?

Hi,
I am not getting any hit from the smtp server. But when i try to send a mail from the process model with the send mail smart service, the mail is going through perfectly.

It seems the connection refused error occurs when its trying to access the jsp page /ntf/emailHtml/tempoPostAttributedToYou_emailHtml.jsp
