  • @mohamedt Hi, do you have the process ids in hand? If so, they are more than enough and raise a support case by specifying the process ids you need to unarchive. Otherwise you may need to come up with the some criteria such as instances archived between a date range or instances of a particular model or a combination of thereby and so on. Cloud Team will use these search criteria later on and will prepare queries accordingly which thereby results in unarchival of instances in desired way. In this case, you may also opt for a Shared Component at http://bit.ly/1UdxI1X which will archive/unarchive the process instances provided if you have process ids at hand. Downside with usage of Shared Component is, you generally lose tracking of what has been unarchived and this can become a issue in future.

Again, if you don't have the process ids and completely not clear re what processes needs to be archived, documentation at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.2/Managing_Process_Archives.html under 'Unarchive and Search Options' will let you know the various search criteria available.

As you are working on a cloud instance, as per my knowledge, the cloud team would be able to let you (or the concerned person dealing with Cloud Team in your Project) know the various options available.
