How can we configure server logs and database access shortcuts for designers?

@vinodb, By looking at the screen shot, you would get the access in the Home page if the server is a cloud setup by Appian Team. If it is a local installation, I don't think you would get access there.

How ever, you have a plugin to get the Logs into the Records. Have a look at it:
