Error While Updating Content on Package Update

While inspecting a package for a n environment , we are receiving below error
content _a-0000dd03-02f8-8000-927a-010000010000_380496 348548 "<CONST>":
An error occurred while updating content [id=348548 uuid=_a-0000dd03-02f8-8000-927a-010000010000_380496]: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.knowledge.CommunityKnowledgeCenter cannot be cast to com.appiancorp.suiteapi.rules.Rule (APNX-1-4071-008)

Can you enter the uuid into the Designer view of the environment you exported from, and then search for that rule name in the environment you're importing to? The same rule name may exist in both environments, which would cause an issue on inspect/import.

We have found that the uuid of the newly created object in one environment is the same as the uuid of another object on a different environment. Is there any way to prevent this?
