Is there a base requirement for the number of CPUs to have Appian on a development server? Our existing Appian dev license kept getting invalidated because the number of CPUs would scale based on if the existing CPUs were constrained. We want to remove the functionality that scales the number of CPUs and return to the basic requirements to have Appian running on a development server. Thanks!
